Notes on the editions: There are 2 versions presented here:

---a "complete" score incorporating orchestral cues and ossias as indicated in the original manuscript
---a second version without the cues or ossias, aimed perhaps at pure performance on piano 

​In both versions:
  • Passages/notes in RED highlight indicate that the accuracy may be questionable, due to the illegibility of the manuscript.
  • Passages in GREEN indicate changes made in notation as necessary when engraving the score in a music writing program (Sibelius), or in correction to original notation.
